I have found a reference about a 3.5F produced for "special order" in 1980, in fact I found the camera for sale. As we know the 3.5F regular production ended in 1976 and I did not know there was a 3.5F "special order" manufactured in 1980; interesting to comment that the serial number is not included in the Peter Rongstedt list that includes Prochnow, Parker and Evans models and serial numbers, I did not check Prochnow directly yet, but I think he does not mention this special 3.5F series. The seller Manfred Schmidt has the camera to sell it, here is his reference: "Rollei Rolleiflex 3.5 F - Type 3, #5205297, Xenotar, lightmeter, one of the "Special Order" cameras made in 1980, new price was $1700, a very interesting part is one filmholder pin is made of plastic like on Arum.." You can check it in the Manfred Scmidt Web (it's necessary to scroll the page): http://www.manfredschmidt.com/rollei.html All the best Carlos ___________________________________________________________ 1GB gratis, Antivirus y Antispam Correo Yahoo!, el mejor correo web del mundo http://correo.yahoo.com.ar --- Rollei List - Post to rollei_list@xxxxxxxxxxxxx - Subscribe at rollei_list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'subscribe' in the subject field OR by logging into www.freelists.org - Unsubscribe at rollei_list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the subject field OR by logging into www.freelists.org - Online, searchable archives are available at //www.freelists.org/archives/rollei_list
