2012/9/23 CarlosMFreaza <cmfreaza@xxxxxxxxx>: > It was mentioned in a Rollei forum a very interesting Rollei factory > photographs set in Flickr from 1952/54, they are assembling 2.8C and > 3.5A or MX cameras... Talking about the photograph "scanning 11" at the Flickr F&H factory set, Rolleicord II last or sixth version and Rolleicord III are very similar, but the Rolleicord II version 6 has a little knob for the strap or case between the winding knob and the focusing knob, the scanning 11 photograph shows cameras with this little knob and then they are Rolleicord II last version cameras . According Claus Prochnow's Rollei Report books, the Rolleiflex 2.8C was manufactured from December 1952 to March 1954 for the Xenotar 2.8/80 version and from April 1954 to June 1955 for both lenses Xenotar and Planar; the 3.5A or MX was manufactured from June 1951 to March 1954 and the Rolleicord III from November 1950 to July 1953, the Rolleicord II last version was manufactured from November 1949 to September 1950 and then the photographs in the F&H set could be taken between 1949 and 1955 being the number 11 older than the others.
