Sorry for this off topic message, just delete it.I'm having a lot of trouble with Cox in finding out what addresses or domains might have been blocked by accident, or some other way. I had an incident a while back that blocked one of my daughters specific email addresses as a spam source. Took 3 months to get her un-blocked.
