repair vintage lenses, there also is Duclos Lenses in California for a
similar service regarding Focal Point service but for cine camera lenses,
it's the same service but they don't mention still cameras lenses service.
FFS in Germany have dedicated technicians for Rollei TLR lenses and a
workshop in UK says they repair Rollei TLR lenses but I don't know the
specific work they do.

My 3,5F Planar was in very good condition except for a fungus speck in the
front element, Harry decided to send it to John van Stelten and he cleaned
the Planar front elements group-

Yes, John van Stelten retired some years ago. I have not found any other
