I recall the very interesting reports about your visits to the
Rollei factory and Emmanuel and Dirk visit too. I also saw images about
women working at Zeiss and for Japanese cameras factories. Rollei Report
books show several photographs about women working at the Rollei factories,
one of them about women mounting Rollei B35 cameras and projectors in the
Singapore plant and ather about a woman at the Rollei Braunschweig factory
working with a Rollei collimator.

The Rolleikin instructions says: "...Remove the top film knob from the
camera by unscrewing..."; it took me almost two hours to do it. I unscrewed
two screws pretty quick, but the last screw was a headache, I couldn't
unscrew it; my wife spending patience did it, I recalled the women
assembling cameras at the factories.
Yes Carlos, I visited the Rolleiflex factory in 2001 and 2003.

One of the tasks performed by women was assembly of the finder hood with
its delicate springs. Another lady was refurbishing System 6000 cameras.
The camera bodies were polished with a few drops of Glycerol.
