Well, I just clicked on your link and it opened in Internet Explorer. Try
cleaning out your temporary internet files. Occasionally something in that
folder will lock you out of certain website. I have seen this first hand. If
you use IE, then go to Tools, Internet Options, then click on the tab that
reads files to delete temporary internet files. You might also click on
cookies to clean that out too. Then see if you can get into the the webiste.
