     There are currently two shows a month here. The old 
Buena Park show moved to Carson because he building it was 
in was demolished. The other show is in Pasadena. The Carson 
show is still the larger and better of the two but the 
combination of digital and ebay has decimated both. There 
used to be other shows here also. For instance the Southern 
California Camera Colletor's had a show about twice a year. 
I think that last one was more than ten years ago.
     I prefer these to the the on-line auctions because I 
can see what I am getting but ebay and other on line sales 
have made equipment available in areas where it otherwise 
would be hard to find.
