I agree. I’ve been checking the used market every few years, hoping to pick up
a Hy6 with 6060 magazine or two used, but the prices are still way out of my
budget. Originally I though I could sell the 6008i to recoup part of the cost,
but at this point i think it would probably be more worth as a backup body.
The 6060 magazines cost something like 30% of the camera itself…
Maybe in another 5 years :-p

Although, I recently put my (classic) car up for sale and have people coming
to look at it on Monday. If I make the sale, I might actually reward myself
with that lens. Assuming no one else has snapped it up in the meantime. The
listing has been there for years, I don’t know if they still have it or not.
