I have the 50/3.5 Rigid Tessar -- they are available if you look for them.
Sold separately they attract a lot of attention and command a high price.
About a week after losing an auction for one I found mine attached to a IIIa
with other gear for less than half the price of the lens that I lost the
auction on.

The Postwar Oberkochen f/3.5 50mm Tessar for the Contax was in a rigid
mount. These lenses were not produced in large numbers and are rather rare
today. (This is one of the few Contax lenses I do not own.)
