Hi Thor:
I'm glad you perceived it because I wanted to capture the
windy climate in the photograph. I shot at the exact momen tthe wave broke
against the stone; The strong wind scattered the drops of the wave, which
filled the picture in part, you interpreted these drops as rain evidently.
Anyway I can see the stones very sharp in the image and with nice water
reflections. Sometimes the JPEG format is not the best to show the
subtility in the image because it reduces the info to save memory, it
happens even with the best JPEG and some monitors degradate the image more
than others.
Thank you for your interest and comment.

Hi Carlos,
I’m curious, was it raining that day? I see some artifacts in the clouds
especially, but also in the sea and stones, especially on the left hadn’t
side. It’s easiest to see right on the horizon.
I was wondering if maybe it was rain that day, or if it’s in the negative,
or an artifact of the scanning process. It almost looks like a screen or
something was placed on the negative and left an impression, which is why
I’m asking. I expect the original looks much better.
Thanks for sharing!
Thor

This is another shot I had not uploaded to my Flickr gallery- It was
taken with the Rolleiflex 2,8C Xenotar, Ilford Pan F+ ISO 50 and developed
with Tmax RS developer (2014);
