For those of our readers not familiar with the different configurations of film presure plate in a Rollei TLR, I have put here (on our dedicated rollei-flickr group) a drawing regarding the "normal" film gate and the one with the glass pressure plate. The spacing of 0.45mm is mentioned in one of Claus Prochow's books (probably : Rollei Technical Report)

I have no idea about the specifications regardin the 3-rd setting for 35 mm film use with the rolleikin; but as far as we know, there was never any 4-th setting for 220 rollfilm (without backing paper).
