Hi Y'all,
We discussed #1 at the last board meeting: The outlet at the island at
entrance to Woodington, on Wynnefield is supplying unreliable voltage to the
12 V transformer which supplies power to the up-lighting. The 120V GFCI
outlet has to be changed because of the corrosion I mentioned in the
meeting.
Though we did not specifically discuss #2, this also needs to be addressed.
As residents of Appian III may have noticed, the sign lights on both sides,
work sporadically. (i.e.) On some days (especially on rainy days), the
lights function normally, ON at dusk and OFF at dawn. On other days they
stay OFF all the time. Michelle may have noticed it.
I got Outdoor to look at both and they have quoted as follows:
1) $255
2) $155
I think these are reasonable. Please vote YES to the above by e-mail
