[rodgersorgan] Up and Running!

I just got a message from a list member who is changing her address...by way of
Freelists.
Their server is up and running, don't know how they did it so fast, but the
email list is back in business.
What is really neat about this is while I had to inform people the list was
down, a surprisingly large number heard about the list and joined it!
