The posts regarding recording piston memories on the PR300 is a nice feature to use. It makes the memories unlimited because you can have different memory setups for different liturgical seasons. And you can select which memory levels to record and/or replace. I find that setting up pistons for a new installation and backing up the setting on the PR300 assures they can be loaded back in if needed. The biggest reason to load them in is lightning damage that takes out the board that stores the settings. If you have not done this, do it. It is easy and assures restoring them if needed. I do it before a concert. Also it works the same for the memory card if it is in the slot. You have to do it folder by folder. Be sure to include the folder in the name somehow so you know what you are playing back when you go to load them back in. See the manuals on this. The procedure is slightly different on the 557 and 577 than the other models, so check the manuals for sure!
