[rodgersorgan] Questions re The Instant Organist Piston Settings

I have been putting The Instant Organist III Manual registration settings on
the Memory Card for my Rodgers 905. First question: regards adding the M2
setting "shown in Grey. " Must be my printer but none of the dots in the
columns show in grey. Next question is the Program Change and Variations.
For GEN 1 column is suggested to set the MIDI for the pedal on 90-2. On
other Gen columns there are no sounds for number: 49-1, 50-1. Then there is
49 + 1 and 57+1. I don't know what that means. Might just be a typo. Could
give me any advice? Really like some of the combinations thus far. Thanks so
