I was kind of shocked by the frequency of email as well. However, I think I
found a way to fix that.
Go to https://www.freelists.org/list/rodgersorgan
Enter your email address
Select "Turn Digest mode on" from the drop down box and hit "Go!".
(Noel, please correct me if this is wrong.)
I hope to start getting a maximum of 1 email a day.

Richard van Auken's wife harasses me about my hair - what's funny is that when
we drove into this little town, we drove past Bob's Barber Shop and I said that
