Subject: [rodgersorganusers] Dan Miller visits Ohio
Just a quick note to congratulate Prospect Street United Methodist Church in
Marion, OH on the dedication of their new Infinity II 361 yesterday. Their
music people visited my church three times since October 2015 to see and hear
our organ. Dan Miller gave an organist workshop Saturday morning and the
dedication concert Sunday afternoon and both were terrific. I drove up both
days and am very glad I did. Rogers dealer Dan Smith was responsible for
Prospect St. and he and Dan Miller enjoyed well-deserved accolades. For those
who aren't real familiar with Ohio, Marion is an hour north of Columbus. I'm
another 15 minutes away.
Dan Smith and Dan Miller both visited my church in Canal Winchester this
morning. Dan Smith's visit was planned and we worked out a few little things as
we continue to settle in with our new pipes. Dan Miller's visit was a pleasant
surprise and he familiarized himself with our installation before flying home.
He was very open, helpful, and supportive so it was a productive morning.
