There certainly is a pot on mine. I only had to adjust it slightly off it’s
zero position; there is apparently a lot of gain in the op amp it feeds the
reverb signal to. I imagine the spring reverb it was originally intended to
follow had a lot of thru-put loss. I really had to search for the pot; it has
a serrated edge around the movable (wiper) control that sits on top of the body
parallel to the top of the PCB. (The PCB is mounted vertically in the wooden
hinged frame.) If you have both Reverb In and Reverb Out RCA jacks on the
preamp board, the adjustment pot and associated circuitry should also be
present. Let me know if you’re still having difficulty and I’ll send you some
scans from my documentation that may help.

Hi, Bob,
Regarding your setup for the Yamaha DSP-100 and Rodgers 770, is there an
adjustment (pot) on the preamp board? I'm not finding the R874 pot. I do see
the stamp id on the board. Thanks for your help.

I added a Yamaha DSP-100 surround sound processor to my Rodgers 770 a few
days ago and am very pleased with the results. There are “Rev-Out” and
“Rev-In” RCA jacks on the 5017-305 Output Preamps board (same as in the
760). I connected the Rev-Out (basically a full band monaural mix down) to
the Left In channel on
