[rodgersorgan] Bach By Immersion File Count

I was amazed to go over the MIDI files created by James Pressler for the
Bach By Immersion project.
He created 249 Performance MIDI files and and astounding 1,248 practice
files, LH, RH and PD missing files...they represent the entire organ
works of Johann Sebastian Bach.
The Performance MIDI files include auto registration for the Rodgers,
which can be disabled if you like.
