Hello Fellow Gamers!
This email is to inform you that the Management of the Rockville Gaming Club as
been transferred from the capable hands of Eric to myself in April. It is an
honor to assist and continue the great atmosphere that has been a hallmark of
these gatherings.
For 2023, an inventory has been begun to finalize what is in our library and
what games are of need of purchasing ... I will be updating our BGG list
(username: Rockville Gamers) when completed. Additionally, through this forum,
a monthly accounting will be posted so to track our donations and expenses.
This will be on an separate post within the week for activity in 2023 thus far.
Speaking of 2023, I would like for you to pass along any suggestions to make
your experience a better one each week. Also, any games that you think are
needed to represent a core library would be greatly appreciated.
As for me, I was a gamer from the the early 70s through 1992. Life happened,
and was reintroduced to this hobby in August of 2019 though a meet-up post for
this group. I am forever grateful to the many that welcomed me in with open
arms. That is my goal for this endeavor to make this a great space to gather
and above all play board games.
