Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone caught any photos of Kenny and me drag racing Wildman
Jarts on Cesaroni K2045s at 3:09pm Saturday?

I won off the pad, but I would declare victory to my friend Kenny, as his motor
chose to light the delay, while mine didn't. Alas my motor eject rocket came in
hot a half a mile to the west of the range. Lost a great rocket and my last
Beeline GPS in the rocket. :'( I've flown the crap out of my two beelines and
hate to seen them both die terrible deaths this year. I will buy some more soon
I hope, as I've got a 30kft planned for Aeronaut and a 35kft and 48kft planned
for XPRS.

If you have pictures please let me know, I would love to see them.

I also want to thank all the volunteers that helped make ROCstock happen this
time. I normally help a lot more than I did, but the heat really hit me harder
than it normally did and I really didn't want to push it. Please remember that
this is a club built on volunteers, and it pains to see that when we ask
multiple times over the PA to get some people to help out, that it is the board
members time after time, who drop the project they wanted to fly, to help run
the launch you all had fun at. The board works for many hours during the days,
weeks, and months ahead of time doing all the behind the scenes stuff no one
hears about, don't you think they should be the last people out there and not
need to threaten to shut down the range every time we need one more guy? There
are over 100 members of ROC, but there is a core ~10 that step up, and to you I
am even more thankful. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Bryce
