Hi Folks,
Some people have complained that they can't mount the volume I've shared
with them (default Dropbox limitation).
The simple way around that is for you to send me email with your address
and I will make a separate folder for you.
If that doesn't work, send me email and I can check that you're not shared
to other folders (every time someone shares a folder
with you it eats up your available "free" space) (I have a business
account).
The easiest way is to have me send you your own folder, upload your files
in there, and then when you're done I can add it to
the public share - this means you upload and I press a button to move it -
simple and only takes the upload time.
I have had some people send me sharing links of their own folders, that is
fine, but it won't get posted to the public folder
until I find time to copy your files into the public folder - send me email
when it doesn't work and it will save a lot of busy work
- this is what a distributed filesystem is designed to perform - minimize
copies!
