Everyone,
A lawsuit has been filed regarding an incident at LDRS 29.
It would be highly unwise to engage in idle chatter and speculation
regarding this matter in any public forum (including "ROC-Chat"). The
ROC Board asks that you direct any outside inquiries to us directly, and
that you please refrain from commenting about the case in ANY medium,
including mailing lists, online forums, and so on.
Please, allow the lawyers and the TRA insurance company to handle
things without any added "noise" to distract them.
Your understanding and cooperation is greatly appreciated.
