I received the packet a long time ago and Andy Woerner was going to help me. I
never followed through with finishing it but I will be called the OSFM office
this morning. It so happens I am currently working in Sacramento so worse case
I will knock on their door.
Being in construction, I work with them quite a bit obtaining building
certificate of occupancy approvals.

FYI, I have been having trouble with the OSFM regarding renewing my CP3. I
have been calling and emailing the office since November trying to renew my
2017-2018 license (July 1, 2017-July 1, 2018). I have been trying to contact
them regarding sending a renewal form and have even spoken to Tom Campbell,
who is supposed to be the manager in charge of that area and still have yet
to receive my renewal form. I renewed the previous year and sent in my
check, but never received the renewal "sticker". I know David Erbas-White
went through the same gymnastics and eventually had to make contact through
his state representative ombudsman to get a response out of the OSFM.
(David, feel free to pipe in hear).
Anyway, I will continue to pester them trying to get some kind of response.
I would be curious to know how it works out for a new initial application.

For everyone else that knows me and cares, I am still working out of town
