At http://www.meteofrance.com/FR/mameteo/sat.jsp the weather satellite picture (a JPEG) can be overlaid with various line images (GIFs) showing departments, rivers or towns. This can be seen in FireFox under RISC OS, but no other RISC OS browsers can display these as overlays. NetSurf just displays them further down the page. Even FF gets them a bit out-of-place. I was wondering if anyone cleverer than me could give me a rough idea of how this works. Is it CSS, JS, or something else?
