The Ring is shaking things up a bit this month. We'll be meeting a week
earlier than usual, on Feb. 3 at 7pm, so we can send long-time member
Ferran Poage off to his new job in the Detroit area. It's still up in the
air whether we're going to bake him a cake or string him up from a nearby
lamp pole, but it's probably going to be one or the other.
After discussing it with Phillip and Eric last night at Schuler's, we've
agreed we should ALSO have our regularly scheduled 2nd-Monday meeting on
Feb. 10, again at 7pm, so we can send longer-time member John Sherwood off
to his new, uh, job? on the East Coast. We expect to be out of either cake
mix or rope, so stay tuned.
As always (or at least most always), we'll meet at the American Museum of
Magic in beautiful downtown Marshall. Recapping, that's Feb.3 and Feb. 10,
both at 7pm. See y'all there.
