[ride-radio] More Ride Radio Downtime Likely Today

Since our contractor for our electrical work didn't show up on Friday,
leaving a couple of major projects pending,
It's likely that Ride Radio will be down today for four to six hours.
I'd guess the starting time for this might be in the 8 or 9
o'clock hours, Pacific time, but that's just a guess.
We'll resume broadcasting when the work is done and no other outages are
expected.
