[ride-radio] Deb's New Guide Dog

A guide dog was issued to Deb today.
He's a small yellow lab and his name is Newton.
I believe Deb said he's the smallest male yellow lab she's seen.
He is cream-colored in spots and honey-colored in others.
Deb's pleased with him so far, as he begins to adjust to her after being
taken care of by instructors over the past six months.
