Hi Hashers,
In memory of our dearly departed Madame Mooton, a devoted cat lover, I
send you this cat story, (which I am also trying to have delivered to the
hash and cat lovers' (combined) heaven, for Madame Mooton to read).
Some of you will remember Sakina, who lives three houses down from us.
Sakina's youngest daughter, Nathalie, was a radio announcer in Morocco for
nine years, where she acquired this cat.
Last year she returned to France (to Toulouse) and then this year she got
a new job at Radio Monaco, starting in September, so she is back at home.
Sakina hates cats, so Nathalie asked me if the cat could live in our yard
until she finds a place of her own in Nice.
She was a very innocent cat who had lived her entire life indoors, but
since coming to our place she has learned to live outside, to climb up on
the wall in the back yard, and even onto the roof of the house next door.
If you listen to Radio Monaco (95.4) in the morning, starting from 6 a.m.,
you will hear Nathalie reading the news.
