[rgn3_mars] Unit 7 MARS 101

Training on this unit begins Thursday April 23rd. Time is ticking for
those who are not participating and who have not notified their SMD
of their reason for not participating in the MARS 101 training. The
nets with this training are Monday through Friday, /A and /D. Monday,
Thursday and Friday (other than chiefs net) /G. If you cannot make
any of these nets, communicate with your SMD ASAP.
