Regarding your previous request please consider the following voting pattern:
user should specify an least one project for each available weight or
+1 weight higher then absent one.
e.g. for three projects and two weights 2 (accepted) and 1 (rejected)
there should be at least
- one project of weight 2 and another one of weight 1 or
- two projects of weight 2 but may be no projects of weight 1 (the last
project was left not voted)
