I didn’t add my page of 12 contact details (on Petition Distribution record)
for people at EICAP meeting who were each given a petition and were willing to
have follow-up. These include Director and President of EICAP, Board Support
and Treasurer, attendee from Catholic Charities of Idaho, IF City Council,
Idaho Legal Aid, Feed Idaho Falls, and ccimail.org (I don’t know what
organization this is), plus 3 people with private emails and unknown
affiliations.
I’ll bring the list to the next meeting. We could have a standard email to send
as follow-up after about a week, as well as needing one to send initially to
organizations.

Marcellar's tomorrow to Cindra Stark. She will keep some at the store and some

petitions got received & turned in (or if we have to chase up).
So email me with any gaps to fill & update on contacts made, petitions given,
and petitions received back.
I’m going to draft an email we could send (from MEFI) to make a pitch to
organizations where we haven’t a personal contact. Will email to our group for
comments first. (Not started on that yet!)
