[real-eyes] need help with a Tascam DP-O1FX portable studio

A friend of mine is having difficulty with a Tascam DP-O1FX portable studio.
When she tries to export the mastered song a message appears saying, "system
error 50--please power off.
Any ideas of how she should proceed? The unit is only eighteen months old.
