Robert this is fabulous! I was having issues with Duxbury not formatting
documents correctly; perhaps this will do it.

Kim,
Follow these steps:
1) Select the entire document with CTRL+A.
2) Bring up the Styles pane by pressing ALT+O then S.
3) In the list of styles, there should be one for clear all. Press
enter on it.
That should clear all formatting including styles, hanging indents,
centers, right aligns, lists, bullets, fonts, etc.
Let me know if that doesn't fix it for you.

formatting out of Word before I send the document to Duxbury to
