[real-eyes] e: treadmills?

Hi Ruthie.
I've used one of those things for a very short time.  I don't 
know if it was the tread mill itself or the guy on it but I 
didn't care for it that much.  Too herky jerky if you will.  The 
action wasn't at all smooth, but keep in mind that's just one 
person's experience on one machine.  I do have an exercise bike I 
like a lot better.  Perhaps that might be a better way to go??
