Open Outlook, go to the file menu and then up arrow to work off line and
press enter if it is checked.
Did you get rid of the message in your outbox?

You might try choosing Work Off Line from the file menu, that might allow
you to delete anything in the Out box.

How do you disconnect from Roadrunner? Perhaps I'm not doing it =3D3D
correctly.
Do you have to plug and unplug the modem or can you do it =3D3D from the
keyboard?

Did you close Outlook after you disconnected from Roadrunner and then
restart it then try and delete the message?

I have Roadrunner, and this morning I attempted to send a 5 MB photo to
someone. Apparently Roadrunner has an MB limit of some sort. When I saw
=3D3D =3D3D3D that the message wasn't going to send, I went to my outbox =
and attempted =3D3D to delete it. The prompt said it can't delete my message
because it is in =3D3D =3D3D3D the middle of sending it. And of course, =
it's =3D not sending it; it's just =3D3D3D =3D3D going to sit there.
Question: Using = =3D keyboard commands, how do I clear out my =3D3D =3D3D3D
outbox and delete this =3D message? I no longer care if the message sends; I
just =3D3D3D want it out of there = =3D so I can send other messages from my
=3D3D account in Outlook.
Thanks for any assistance to this frustrating little problem.
