The steps I sent will work for 2010.  I think that's probably what you have.

Just a note, there is a way to go into your Outlook settings and have it not 
protect attachments from individuals that you know and trust.  If you want 
those steps, let me know.  It may take me a day or two to get them written 
up and sent your way as it is really busy here right now.

Someone sent, at one time, the way to do this-which I have-but all my 
settings in Word are as per the post; does the version of Word make a 
difference?  I am using MSWord 2010 with JAWS last build before JAWS 16.
