[real-eyes] Pinger

There was an article in yesterday's Wall Street Journal about a free (for now)
service called "pinger". Apparently, the service is intended to act as
voicemail, but simulate email in the
way messages are presented and in terms of options for replying etc. Has
anybody tried this, and if so, is it accessible? It sounded like it might work
well in conjunction with a cell phone without Net capabilities.
