When: Wednesday, June 7 and Thursday, June 8, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM

The PacMate from Freedom Scientific is a leader in the area of electronic 
Notetakers for people who are blind or visually impaired.  Its features include 
a fully functional word processor, spreadsheet application, email and calendar 
programs, an audio player,  and a web browser.  Its detachable 20 or 40-cell 
Braille display makes this an ideal notetaker for the college student or 
working professional.

 

Join us for one day of basic PacMate training, followed on the second day by an 
advanced training class.  There is no cost and lunches will be provided.   

 

Scott Hegle and Bobby Lakey from Freedom Scientific, along with Vincent 
Cianfrone from NanoPac will be conducting these classes.  There is a limited
