Hi, mainly, in the Jaws 12 help, there are some suggestions for adjusting the reading pane in Outlook. However, I took it a step further and in the Layout Group Box, turned off the navigation pane, and the To Do Bar. There appears to be a feature called the People Pane, I turned that off as well. Somewhat disconcerting are the problematic HTML messages and the way that they are rendered by Outlook, I find myself having to press Alt H, A V a lot. -----Original Message----- From: Robert Beach [mailto:rbeach@xxxxxxxxx] Sent: Thursday, June 30, 2011 10:55 AM To: real-eyes@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [real-eyes] Re: Outlook 2010/accessible? Jim, Do you have a resource that gives the suggested adjustments to Outlook 2010 you're referring to? I'd like to see it. I am having no significant issues with Outlook 2010 and Jaws, either Jaws 11 or Jaws 12. There are some adjustments that should be made to various reading and navigation panes, but it works just fine. Occasionally, when a message is not rendered properly, it may be necessary to read a particular message in the web browser, but this is easily accomplished. Also, Mail works beautifully on the Mac, in fact, it's a fantastic experience.
