Hi Reggie, Yes, I believe that to be true. You can browse some of the content and add it to your queue but you have been able to see much much more on the site itself. Once it is in your queue though you can see all of it. That is they can't see everything that could be accessed from the site till it's put in the cue? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jim Ellsworth" <jellsworth1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <real-eyes@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, June 30, 2011 8:32 PM Subject: [real-eyes] Re: Net Flix Issues Hi Reggie, So far I don't see a problem with the Netflix site with JAWS 12 and IE9. I'll spend some time with it but it looks okay so far. The Netflix app for the iPod and iPad has never been great. On the surface it looks accessible but often double tapping on things does nothing and some things appear to be accessible but are not. Someone needs to do some work on it. The Apple TV does a pretty good job of accessing much of the streaming content but it appears that you can't get to everything with it either. Basically it won't show you all the available content that can be accessed by directly accessing their site. If you use your computer to put stuff in your queue then use the Apple TV to watch it that is the best way of doing it. Of course! I think the app is moderately accessible. Jim would know better. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Kimberly A. No indication as to whether this is true when using all screen readers, but if it is true it is a backward step that might call for some feedback to the organization. http://www.Netflix.com/ Reginald George Adaptive Technology Specialist Kansas City Missouri 816-200-1064 adapt@xxxxxxxxx To subscribe or to leave the list, or to set other subscription options, go to www.freelists.org/list/real-eyes To subscribe or to leave the list, or to set other subscription options, go to www.freelists.org/list/real-eyes To subscribe or to leave the list, or to set other subscription options, go to www.freelists.org/list/real-eyes To subscribe or to leave the list, or to set other subscription options, go to www.freelists.org/list/real-eyes To subscribe or to leave the list, or to set other subscription options, go to www.freelists.org/list/real-eyes To subscribe or to leave the list, or to set other subscription options, go to www.freelists.org/list/real-eyes
