Yeah I have the tripple click set up like that, and I tried it several times
and it didn't work. I did try holding the home key and the power key down
together for 10 seconds, and that worked. I was so glad to hear my iPhone
talk again.

If you have the triple click setup, try pressing it to see if Voice Over
comes back on. This has happened to my phone before.
