[real-eyes] JAWS Question Dealing with Math

Hi Everyone,
I am new to this list, but I find myself with the problem in college of having
to deal with print math books and all their symbols. Is there any way that
JAWS will be able to "see" all of these symbols/graphics, or perhaps some kind
of add-in I can use?
