A GPS app that I use frequently is called Motion-X GPS Drive.
The app itself is around $3.99, but you can pay annually around $12 to
have excellent spoken turn by turn walking or driving directions.
The voice is crystal clear. The app has a couple of unlabeled
buttons, but is 95% accessible and seems extremely accurate.
I have not personally tried Navigon, but it always receives excellent
reviews, both mainstream and for accessibility.
