You shouldn't have to have it popping up that much if you chose permit always. It makes me wonder if your firewall is set on a more aggressive mode than usual or if there is some program on your computer that keeps opening different ports. It would tend to indicate some kind of security problem. Better pay more attentionn to what triggers this window.
