Well, it works.  However I can tell there will be a pretty good learning
curve.  However it should be interesting.  I will continue looking for

Ben,
I cannot tell whether you have Chrome vox installed for sure or not, but to 
navigate, you would hold down Control, Windows, and Alt, and then begin to 
down arrow on a web page.
There is a command to lock these 3 keys so that you don't have to 
continually hold them down.
You change what is called granularity settings by using the Chrome Vox keys 
and the plus and minus keys on top row.
There are lots of other commands, press the Chrome Vox keys with H for a 
very good tutorial.
