First, what "type" of CD are you wanting? Are you wanting to play this CD in
most any CD player such as on your home stereo, car stereo, portable CD player,
etc.? Or are you wanting a CD with lots and lots of MP3 files on it?

If you want a CD that can be played on most any CD player, then you need to
create an audio CD and you will need to use a program such as Windows Media
Player to do this.

If you want a disk with lots and lots of MP3 files on it that you can play on
your computer and those devices that are MP3 capable, then you can create a
data CD through Windows Explorer (My Computer).

The audio CD format will be more versitile, but the data CD format will let you
get many more files on the disk.

Burning CDs through Windows Media Player is certainly possible, but it isn't
always the friendlyest way to go when using a screen reader. Let me know for
sure which type of CD you want and I'll see if I can give you some directions.
I know Jim and others can do this as well, and probably better than I can.

Hi all,
I have a folder of mp3 files on my hard drive which I'd like to burn onto a
cd using windows media player. I tried opening one of them in the player and
pressing the burn button, but nothing happened, and this seems to be a slow
method if there's a way to select multiple files and burn them all. Is this
possible? I've never done anything like this before, so can someone with
more experience give me some guidance?
Thank you,
Sarah Jevnikar
