There is a program from the Jaws Users web site

www.jaws-users.com
called Calendar Magic that claims to do everything you have mentioned.

Hope this may help.

Subject: [real-eyes] Accessible Calendar that works with JAWS

Hello all!
There used to be a calendar that was a free software download, and it worked
great with JAWS. I remember I found it on a site that was called JAWS Lite
or something like that. Anyway, I have a client who has been hired as an
appointment setter. He needs to record who he talked to, when he should
call back, when was the appointment set, etc. He is supposed to call about
200 people per day. Is there an accessible calendar that will give him
reminders and enable him to keep notes on each particular day? Thanks in
advance for your ideas. I really want to help him keep this job!
With a smile,
Karen
