Peter,
Jack and I will have stuff for the buy/sell tables and would like a spot Sunday
afternoon 12-3 shift and will be there for loading up afterwards.

As I said in the meeting on Saturday, we have three big events which occur the
last two weeks of the month.

We going to sign up the same way we did last year because it went very smooth.
Please think about volunteering for all three or as much as you can……the more
people, the easier it is to do.

I will handle the VTC Show.

Tom will handle the the SMV Show.

Bill with handle the GBGH we me as a helper

The VTC Show is Nov 19-20

9-4 on Sat the 19th
9-3 on Sunday the 20th

We will have at least 3 layouts running, with a raffle

Two shifts each day:
Saturday 9-12:30 and 12:30-4
Sunday 9-12 and 12-3
Then……….Take down and loading of the 21x43 layout for the SMV is at 3 PM. I
would like all hands on deck for that because it will go quickly the more
people that participate.

We will have our own buy/sell tables in our part of the hall if you have things
to sell. Remember, they must be clearly marked and have a way to contact you,
if you are not there.

Please EMAIL me directly for this show starting today. 5 people/shift is
minimum. 8 is ideal (more is fine just as long as all shifts are adequately
staff)……and remember, workers get free admin to the show…..both days.

Figure to arrive 30 minutes before your shift for a team meeting

SIDE NOTE for the VTC show…….Bob Buehler is looking for people to help Thursday
afternoon to set up tables. He will send out a separate email as it gets
nearer. I’m coming home from Philly that AM with the grand dogs and I will be
dependent on what I-95 looks like.

SMV Show

Tom will handle the schedule for this show. He will call for volunteers next,
probably next weekend. Start thinking about it
Two shifts a day. Museum hours for the show are 9:30-5

Set up is Monday 9AM at the SMV.
Nov 25-27

5PM Sunday the 27 is take down and load…..another all hands on deck event who
are available so it goes quickly.

Set up is Monday the 28th….9AM at the GBGH
Bill will call for volunteers as we get closer. We will set the times this week.

This is where all hands pulling together make for a successful holiday
season.here is a 3rd fellow (David Claus) that I will add when I get his
application at the store(which has his email address on it)
I figured to add them now because this is our best time of year and I wanted
them to be able to join in.

I think that I have said everything that I need to for now.
