Subject: [rc3r] Train Running!!!!!! ......and an Update...... 1. I have great
news……..the Electrical Committee has concluded work on the crossover Thursday
so the the two main lines on the 21x42 layout are now OPEN!!!!!!
Since this layout has been down since early August, I am opening it up for
running tomorrow AM, Saturday September 18th from 0900 to 12noon.
Come join us if you can. Let me know if you are coming so I have an idea how
many will be there, so I know how many donuts to bring…..
The 12x15’ layout is also available for running.
2. The next regular meeting of the River City 3 Railers will be Saturday
October 9th at 0900 at the storefront.
3. Midlothian Days, scheduled October 16th, may not happen…….and, if it does,
they may want us to set up outside (which would be unacceptable) and we would
not do that……inside or no go……
4. The BY LAWS committee should have a copy ready for your review prior to the
next meeting.
5. I plan another running session next Saturday from 0900-1200…….that would be
September 25th.
